ComputerAndVideogames is reporting that multiple European retailers, including City Disc and more than one French retailer, are currently listing Grand Theft Auto IV as coming to the PC by the end of 2008.

City Disc in particular has the game down for an October 30 launch, but notes that said date has not been confirmed by Take 2 and as such is “not guaranteed and is open to change.”

CVG has since been touch with the UK division of Rockstar who, not surprisingly, issued a “no comment,” response. We'll let you know if and when this story develops, but you would be wise to take it with a pinch of salt for now.
